The Diddler

I got this tank from a kid here in denver who had no idea what it was. it seems to be a slightly modified ness tank. Its got "the diddler" lettered on the panel where the switches would go, and its signed "cycle fab" if anyone has any more info on this tank, or pics of the bike this tank was on, i'd love to see em.

I managed to track one magazine image but can't tell which mag it is...
